My name is Joseph Tawiah, and I’m from Cape Three Points. I am the founder of NimbleGrowth, an initiative born from a deep commitment to uplift and empower my community. My mission is to create meaningful opportunities—especially in education and employment—so that the people of Cape Three Points can build a stronger, more sustainable future.

Construction & Operations Coordinator

Kwame plays a vital role in overseeing construction projects, groundwork, and maintenance. He also provides general volunteer support, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the ground.

Hospitality & Community Engagement Coordinator

Esther Kwason

Esther is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for our community members. She manages cooking, cleaning, and ensures that every individual feels valued and cared for.
